The 15th Annual Norma-a-thon is a Radio-thon benefitting the Austin Street Centre.
Sportsradio 1310 AM & 96.7FM The Ticket is proud to announce this year the 15th Annual Norm-a-thon raised $500,400. Radio personalities Norm Hitzges and Donovan Lewis will present a check to Austin Street Centre at a later date at the AT&T Plaza in Downtown Dallas.
Norm-a-thon is an initiative headed by Norm Hitzges to fundraise for the Austin Street Centre, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency shelter and related services in the Dallas area. Norm-a-thon has raised nearly $2.5 million in its 14 year history and has exceeded donation expectations for the 15th year thanks to loyal P1’s (Ticket listeners) and generous sponsors such as Whataburger, Starpower and Macho Self Storage.
